Introduction
 

Would you like to influence and improve housing services?

You can do so by getting involved in resident involvement opportunities or providing feedback on anything housing services related.  Through residents providing feedback or getting involved, you can help shape council policies, procedures and service delivery across housing services.  So, if you are interested in improving the services you receive from housing, or have a particular interest in a topic which you may be passionate about or have experienced yourself, we want to hear from you.

The Council uses SmartSurvey's software to create and administer the majority of its surveys.
