East Riding Polling District and Polling Place Review 2026
How suitable is your current polling station?

Introduction
Following the completion of the Council’s community governance review and the Local Government Boundary Commission for England’s Review into the electoral arrangements for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, we are conducting a review of polling districts and polling places in accordance with the Electoral Registration and Administration Act of 2013. The aim of the review is to ensure a) the current polling districts and stations are appropriate for the areas that they cover, b) all electors have reasonable and practicable facilities for voting and c) that, as far as is reasonable and practicable, polling places are accessible to all electors, including those who are disabled.
By completing this survey you will be assisting the council in the identification of the most suitable venues for use as a polling station. Here is our notice of a Polling District Review and the Polling District and Station Proposals (Proposed changes are highlighted on the document). The proposals highlighted in yellow are proposals that relate to a change to the parish boundary. Those highlighted in green are for those areas where there is a change to a parish boundary and/or the polling station.
