Introduction
Day opportunities are an important part of helping people maintain wellbeing.  They help people find activities that will enable them to learn new skills, make new friends, build confidence, get out and about, or perhaps find employment. They can be accessed in lots of different ways. It is important for us to hear what you think about the current range of opportunities and how we can find ways, with you, to make them even better. We are hoping to launch a new day opportunities framework in April 2025.

We are also consulting with you about assistance with travel for Adult Social Care service users. We aim to use this consultation to help shape a new Assistance with Travel Policy with a planned implementation in autumn 2024.

Thank you for taking part in this survey.
