Thank you for your interest in completing this antisocial behaviour (ASB) survey. It is important to us that we hear your views and experiences, to better understand the impact of antisocial behaviour across the whole Humber region (East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull, North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire).

The data in the survey will be used by the Office and the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) to help develop responses to reducing antisocial behaviour.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. 
 
Information for victims of antisocial behaviour
It is important to be aware that if you have been a victim of  antisocial behaviour, the survey will include some questions on the response to the incident. For some people there is a risk that this could trigger some difficult memories.
You don’t have to answer any questions that make you feel uncomfortable

The information you provide in this consultation will be anonymous and kept confidential by East Riding of Yorkshire Council in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information may be sometimes collected in order to make contact or respond to recipients, in such a case you will be asked to provide your personal information and its intended purpose will be stated. In some of these cases you will therefore no longer remain anonymous. However, you will be made aware if this is the case. This does not apply to prize draws, your personal information sits separate from main survey so you will remain anonymous.

The Council uses SmartSurvey's software to create and administer the majority of its surveys. All survey responses are managed through SmartSurvey sub-processors, where data is stored securely by robust security features. 

The data will be kept securely by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council's consultation team. It may be used for informing decisions and for statistical purposes by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
